I put together the kit but the webcam does not work. The computer does not even acknowledge the webcam when it is plugged into the USB port.
Hello, I have a similar problem. The camera initially worked, but has stopped after maybe ten minutes of use in trying to get a spectrum to show up in capture mode.

How do i get my computer to recognize my public lab spectrometer? I tried firefox, chrome and expolorer. I am using Windows 10
