The Infragram Point & Shoot is a modified Mobius Action Cam with a 133 degree wide-angle lens, timelapse and still photography at a resolution of 2304 × 1536, and 1080p video. It is modified with a red filter and custom white balance.

in a reversal of our Infrablue cameras, Infragram Point & Shoot captures visible light on the red channel, and infrared on the blue.

Rosco_19_NDVI.jpg Its NDVI performance looks clear. The red filter works much better than blue on CMOS cameras. The infrared channel has its characteristic black skies and bright foliage

We'll have these in our store soon and will announce a release date for our Kickstarter reward shipment. 14086429345_dc322ea8fd_o.jpg

This looks great! Any idea how much the unit will weigh? Trying to determine if it could be mounted to a quadcopter.

The unit weighs 39g, plus mounting hardware. certainly easy to mount on a quadcopter!

Having just taken possession of an unmodified Mobius Cam, I was wondering if anybody has tried it with a KAP or Balloon Rig yet? Its actually not all that much bigger than the Minicam I used in this Super-Nano Bottle Rig- https://i.publiclab.org/system/images/photos/000/004/967/original/CloseUpMiniPicavet.png

Have you had any trouble with the webcam mode freezing up (mac os 10.8) when you point it at things that are too bright? I know that sounds weird, but that's really what I'm seeing.

the opposite-- when it gets too dark. something about rapid change of gain

Whoa -- well maybe the brightness is causing some regions to be black by contrast. Any workarounds? Is this well-known on a Mobius forum somewhere?

So, is it working properly, or is it not? The sample NDVI photos look nice....
