400nm LED and 405nm laser using a quartz cuvette

I just got my quartz cuvettes in and I was very excited to use them and here are some results which I do have to say, make a huge difference in quality of spectral imaging and data collection:

Slit width used is .09mm

Reference used was 3ml of Ethanol in quartz cuvette for both the 400nm plots and the 405nm plots- sample was 0.001mol/l Rhodamine B (100ppm)(NIST standard prep is 100ppb) dissolved in Ethanol - 3ml sample vol.
