WPI & Blue Hill tracking plants with Kites, Middle schoolers

during 2009/10, WPI's IQP project, in coordination with Blue Hill Observatory, lead Middle schoolers in aerial photography exercises with balloons and kites. Their full report is here. the document includes middle school appropriate lesson plans around kites and balloons, and background on state education requirements.
